I have been a bad Kanga this week as far as the blogging goes. For this I apologize. Bloggy Goodness shall commence henceforth:
The most important meddling I did this week, was setting up two of my friends with each other. I talked such a good game to both of them, that I think they were already in love before they’d even had a chance to talk to each other. YES I am that good.
The most saddest thing I did this week was give Lee a hug & a kiss goodbye. He went to a music thing in North Carolina and it is likely that we will not see each other before I leave for Phoenix. Much sadness. Its starting to hit me that I am moving. When I start talking about Phoenix a few friends just look at me and say “I don’t want to talk about it.” (Hi Shawn & Patrick!!)
Jason is having a house warming this weekend, and then shortly after he will be on his way back out on tour with his drum corps. Lee, Jason, myself and a few others were to have had an early dinner at Jalapeños on Tuesday so that we could all have a goodbye together. NATURALLY there was mass confusion as to which Jalapeños we were going to. Jason and myself assumed that we would be going to the one in Lenexa since it is close to my school, and we were having it early so that I could still make it to class on time (class starts at six). Well Lee and everyone was assuming it was at the Jalapeños in Brookside where they normally go. There was a bit of drama and sadness once we all realized the mistake and Jason was not able to join because he was at the wrong one. Lee and I felt VERY bad for causing such confusion.
My roommates continue to irritate entertain me with their oddities. First I find out that Tim did not buy his new car, but he leased it. Leasing is dumb unless you have lots of money to throw away. One night they irritated entertained me by putting in a DVD on the system downstairs at 1:00 am at FULL movie watching volumes. The next morning I was asked why I was so grumpy. I make funny faces sometimes. Then Tuesday Tim scuffed up his car’s front fender and headlight on the side of the house. I know not what the was doing. Will told me Tim had parked in the garage since Lee was parked in the driveway. What I don’t understand is HOW he got in the garage since Wilma’s second car being parked in the drive way would have required Tim to drive through the yard in some kind of weird dance of the cars. I think Tim was just trying to blame his incompetence on me. He has now damaged or totaled every car he has ever driven. **shakes head**
I’m so happy I will be living alone soon!
There is approximately 58 days until classes at ASU start. YAY. I need to call my Dr. Office and bitch about why they haven’t sent me the info I requested two weeks ago. Said information is the last hold I have on my enrollment at ASU. I went to HR Block this week to finally do my 2003 and 2004 tax returns. The lady I was working with sent me home with homework over the weekend to find more deductions. LOL. That is how bad I am gonna owe. Hehehehe.
I am getting VERY excited about the stuff I am doing in my photo class. My Infrared shots that I took a few weeks ago and finally developed look GREAT, and Caleb showed me how to use the 4×5 cameras so I will be making a trip out to Kentucky relatively shortly to visit the main branch of the First National Bank of Mom. Its kinda freaky – the summer is getting shorter and shorter and I’m starting to get a little stressed about things. Its also crazy that after three weeks of my photo class I have actually only made ONE print so far and it was total crap. LOL. I’m going into open lab today to print some because I’m feeling like all I am doing in photo is developing film (which is NOT the most exciting thing to do).
Oh – other good news – I have gone a full week without taking any of my anti-depressant and I feel great.
In other kinda funny news – Shawn and I went to Missy B’s Wednesday night. I am reminded why I do not go to that bar very often: My car smelled like and ash tray from all the smoke that was on our clothes and I required a shower as soon as I got home so I didn’t stink up my bed with cigarette smell. I also don’t like it because the drag queens there are SCARY. I am afraid of clowns, and the only difference in my mind between clowns and drag queens is the makeup. (Though it is often a tossup as to which group has better makeup.)
In very very strange news – Monday Wilma decided to was his car and got all his stuff ready and went outside to start. So then he comes back inside and asks me if I have let my cat out front…. (yes, I let my cat out front unsupervised next to a busy road that people speed on). I give him the look that I make instead of calling someone a retarded poop monkey, and ask him what he is talking about. You can see why here. (Click with care – those with weak stomachs may want to be ready to close the window quickly) Why he thinks MY cat would do that is completely beyond me. He needs to go spend more time on his Online classes for his MBA from DeVry (where’s my barf bag).
