Like there was ever any doubt!

You scored as Galactica (Battlestar: Galactica). You are leery of your surroundings, and with good reason. Anyone could be a cylon. But you have close friends and you know they would never hurt you. Now if only the damn XO would stop drinking. Your Ultimate Sci-Fi Profile II: which sci-fi crew would you best fit in? Quiz by QuizFarm.com

Stupid left elbow.  Seriously, I work out and the next day I can’t even get enough range of motion to bitch-slap Jimmy.  Life Sucks.

2006 Singles Awareness Day

Happy Singles Awareness Day! Please be sure to tell all the single loved ones in your life how much you appreciate them and love them! And give them chocolates.

Tonight some of the brothers and I are going over to Tippy’s house for a “Fuck Valentines Day” party. There will be chocolate fondue, hot tubbing and cheap champagne. Life is good.

I’ll need it after my own little personal drama this morning. Today I had my first big Sociology test. This was a hard test to study for since 1/2 of the classes we’ve had so far this semester have been watching movies or listening to guest speakers lecture on academic dishonesty or how to make a pretty resume. BAHH!!

So this morning, I pedel up to campus nice and early so I can review my notes one last time before I take the test. I wanted to go into the general store in the union to get a granola bar and a diet mt. dew. Reach around and panic - no wallet. No biggie, I can just bike home after the test and get my wallet or just bum money off someone for lunch. Ahhh but what about the test? Better check the syllabus to make sure I don’t need my ID for the test.

Check the syllabus and BALLS it says to bring your ASUID to all exams. Fuck. I have 25 minutes to bike home, grab my wallet and bike back.

pedal hard

breathe hard

sweat a lot

get to the test

All the seats were full. I had to sit on the floor in the back of the lecture hall (funny how the size of the class always doubles on test day). Luckily I was only 2-3 minutes late so it wasn’t a big deal. I think I did ok but I was so out of it by the time I was taking the test I am not sure what I put for half of the answers. Meh. Hand in the test and walk out the door.

Wait a second… THEY NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID?!?! WTF!!!!!

Balls, I say - balls.

At least I have my exercise/workout done for today :) I sure hope the rest of the day is better.

BondageLabbit

I am so sad. I called and they aren’t even taking phone orders for the Bondage Labbit. :( Anyone in San Francisco want to go buy one for me? Hopefully they will sell them through another gallery.. I am going to watch the webpage like a hawk to find out about this Labbit. I must have one. Somehow. Le cry.

First batch of Holgaroids

KangaBlabba, Photography Add a comment »

I went to Frys Electronics this morning and picked up an Epson Perfection 4490 Photo scanner today so that I could scan in my Holgaroids. I will also finally be able to scan in and upload the prints that I’ve done for the last few semesters. They are the prints that I am going to use for my portfolio that will hopefully get me into upper-division photo classes at ASU. crosses fingers

Here is a mosaic of some of my first batch from the Holgaroid.

This week on Battlestar Galactica…

Battlestar Cracklactica Add a comment »

This weeks episode was pretty intense, if not a tad bit predictable in some points.  I saw the Sharon Swap a mile away and Billy getting shot and killed was really too bad.

Unsettling to me was the very last 15 seconds of the episode.  The views of Sharon #2 and the music were a bit ominous.  Much like the cylon-in-utero commercials.  Creepy.

And the sneak peak at next weeks looks interesting… can’t say that I’m surprised to see the Pegasus vanish.  Time will tell if she returns.

Drama shall henseforth be termed Goose

I am so sick of goose.

I blame my mother and father for raising me in a loving and nurturing home. I grew up into a reasonably nice person who genuinely cares about his friends a great deal. This has evolved over the years to me getting to be the middle man in many different kinds of conflict between friends, coworkers, etc.

Here are my thoughts on goose. Reasonable people should be able to get along, reasonably. There is no need to cause goose over silly things. There really isn’t a reason to cause goose over things that are important. In fact the only reason anyone should ever cause goose is because they are writing a dramatic screen play or script for stage.

Any other causes of goose simply display either a lack of maturity, contempt for your peerage, lack of respect for your peerage or a combination of the three.
