So I called FedEx today since the status on my packages hasn’t changed since October 27th. Corporate transfers me to the local station and the guy there takes my tracking number and goes off to investigate..

..a few minutes on hold later he returns to tell me that there is a ‘Security’ notice on my package and that this usually indicates some dip-shit-knuckle-dragging-fuck-monkey (my term, not his) has STOLEN my box. So now I have to start haggling with the shipper in order to get my new toys. This displeases me, because of course they’re based on the East Coast which means what? That’s right boys and girls - they’re three hours AHEAD of Phoenix time (until Sunday) aaaaaaaaaaaand closed. To make matter worse, their customer service line prompted me to leave a message and then as soon as I started speaking, informed me the message box was full, thanked me for calling then unceremoniously disconnected me.

So everything else that I’d ordered from other stores got here before the items I ordered them for will ever been seen. sigh

No more FedEx.
